• 3/4 cup instant minced onion
• 1/3 cup beef bouillon powder (I could only find granules, so I whirled them in the blender until they were a fine powder.)
• 4 tsp. onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed celery seed
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

About 3 tablespoons of mix are equal to 1 packet of packaged onion soup mix.

Season meat dishes and soups or mix with sour cream to make dip.
